Configuring Dial-Up Networking For Windows ME
1. Double Click on 'My
Computer'.
2. Double Click on 'Control Panel'.
3. Double Click on 'Dial
Up Networking'.
4. Right
Click on your icon (named something like 'LPM
Online').
If you don't have an icon, click here
to setup a new connection.
5. Click on 'Properties'.
6. When
the new Menu comes up, make sure the 'Telephone
number:' is 6377697 and the box for 'Use
Area Code and Dialing Properties' is NOT checked.
7. Click
on the 'Networking' tab at
the top of the window. Ensure your settings match those
shown in the picture below. Now click on the button
named 'TCP/IP Settings'
at the bottom of the window.
8. Your
screen should look as follows:
Primary DNS: 208.11.181.3
Secondary DNS: 208.11.181.4
9. Click
'OK'.
10. Click 'OK' again.
